All About Me...

Who I am and what I do

The Fun Stuff...

I am highly creative with over 20 years experience in graphic design – including print design, layout & production, digital media, e-Learning, web design, performance support, consulting and project management.

When it comes down to it, my "superpower" is taking a large amount of complicated information and simplifying it – often by removing extraneous text, and using visual graphics to do the real work. That way, no matter what language or education level, a person will be able to understand the meaning through visuals.

Hospitality - Me

While at McDonald's, I was a member of the Learning & Development Team that won numerous industry awards including being recognized as a Learning Elite Organization, ranked #2 by Chief Learning Officer magazine. Check out just one of the many stories and recognition this team received.

At Ace Hardware, I taught myself html, which led me to redesigning AceHardware.com, where I then did the work that justified Ace to begin eCommerce, which is a large part of their revenue now.

In my spare time, I like writing blog posts at MakeTimeToChange.com and FunFitTeam.com, riding my Harley Sportster, reading self-improvement books, running 5K’s and designing logos and book graphics.

I even wrote a book called "Make Time to Change: Your Guide to Figuring Out a New Change, Passion or Life's Purpose"  to help struggling people figure out (and figure out how to make time for) a needed change or life purpose.
